However, depending on the product, actual:

  • Colour

  • Size

  • Material

  • Finish

  • Printing

  • Packaging

  • Appearance

  • Dimensions

may vary from website images, samples or descriptions.

For customised products, the final product will generally be manufactured according to the specifications, artwork, branding details and approvals provided by the customer.

4. Customised Products

Many products supplied by Shri Hari Enterprises may be customised according to customer requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Names

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Images

  • Artwork

  • Product specifications

  • Quantities

  • Sizes

  • Colours

  • Delivery information

Once a design, artwork, specification or quotation has been approved by the customer, Shri Hari Enterprises may proceed with production based on that approval.

Shri Hari Enterprises shall not be responsible for errors in customer-provided information that were approved or supplied by the customer.

5. Quotations and Pricing

Product prices, quotations and commercial terms may depend on factors including:

  • Product type

  • Quantity

  • Customisation

  • Printing or branding requirements

  • Material specifications

  • Packaging

  • Delivery location

  • Applicable taxes

  • Production requirements

A quotation provided by Shri Hari Enterprises may be subject to a specified validity period.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quotation does not constitute a final order confirmation.

Prices may be revised before an order is confirmed where there are changes in product specifications, quantity, material costs, taxes, transportation costs or other applicable commercial factors.

6. Orders and Order Confirmation

An order shall be considered confirmed only after the required commercial terms have been accepted by both parties and, where applicable, the required advance payment or other confirmation has been received.

Shri Hari Enterprises may request additional information or clarification before accepting an order.

For customised products, production may begin only after the required specifications, artwork or design have been approved.

7. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated to the customer as part of the quotation, order confirmation or other commercial communication.

Depending on the order, payment may be required:

  • Fully in advance;

  • Partly as an advance and the balance before or after delivery; or

  • According to mutually agreed business terms.

The customer is responsible for making payments within the agreed timeframe.

Failure to make payment within the agreed period may result in delay, suspension or cancellation of the order, subject to the applicable commercial agreement.

8. Delivery and Shipping

Shri Hari Enterprises will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the timeframe communicated to the customer.

Delivery timelines may depend on:

  • Product availability

  • Quantity

  • Customisation requirements

  • Production time

  • Customer approval

  • Transportation

  • Delivery location

  • Force majeure events

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Any delivery timeline provided by Shri Hari Enterprises should therefore be treated as an estimated timeframe unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control will not automatically constitute a breach of these Terms.

9. Inspection and Product Issues

Customers should inspect products after delivery and notify Shri Hari Enterprises of any significant issue within a reasonable period.

Where a customer believes that products have been supplied incorrectly, damaged or materially differ from the approved specifications, the customer should provide relevant details and supporting photographs or documentation where appropriate.

Shri Hari Enterprises will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution based on the order, approved specifications and applicable commercial terms.

10. Returns, Replacements and Cancellations

Because many of our products may be customised or manufactured specifically according to customer requirements, cancellation, return or replacement may be subject to the nature and production status of the order.

Customised or personalised products may not be eligible for return or cancellation once production has commenced, except where required by applicable law or where Shri Hari Enterprises agrees otherwise.

If an issue is caused by a manufacturing defect, incorrect supply or material deviation from the approved specifications, the matter may be reviewed for replacement, correction or another appropriate resolution.

Customers should contact Shri Hari Enterprises as soon as possible regarding any issue with an order.

11. Customer-Provided Materials

Customers may provide logos, artwork, designs, text, photographs or other materials for customisation.

The customer represents that it has the necessary rights, permissions or authorisations to provide and use such materials.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the materials provided do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, trademark, copyright or other rights of any third party.

Shri Hari Enterprises shall not be responsible for claims arising from materials supplied by the customer where the customer did not have the necessary rights or permissions.
